lifestyle change goals with Pilates training.
Pilates is designed
to help with:
• proper breathing
• strengthening the core muscles: abdominals
and lower back
• improving flexibility
• improving and increasing stability
and balance
• lengthening the spine, and
• improving posture, strengthening posture
muscles
We offer the following Pilates
training options:
• Mat Pilates
classes
• Mat Pilates training sessions –
private or semi-private/small group
• Reformer Pilates
training sessions – private or partner
With extensive knowledge of how the body works
and the best exercises for your body, we will
“gently” push you out of your comfort
zone, work through plateaus and focus on maximum
benefits in minimal time.
You can do it all with the help of a Taylor’d
Bodies Pilates Trainer. We work with YOU, from
beginner to advanced, sport-specific, and everything
in-between. Let’s see what you can really
do with your training…and your body!
Pilates
Training Session Fees
*for Reformer
Pilates sessions, add $5.00 per session.
We require the first training
session to be an assessment
session so we can properly design a training
program based on your body, limitations, challenge
areas and goals.
Investment in Yourself for
Private 1-on-1 training sessions:
• 30-min.= $35.00 /session + GST
• 45-min.= $50.00 /session + GST
• 60-min.= $65.00 /session + GST
Partner Training Sessions (2
clients train together):
• 30-min.= $45.00 /session + GST = $22.50
per client + GST /session
• 45-min.= $60.00 /session + GST = $30.00
per client + GST /session
• 60-min.= $75.00 /session + GST = $37.50
per client + GST /session
Small group training sessions (3 or more people
train together) add $10.00 + GST to the above
fees, for each additional person. Please note,
small group training is not available for Reformer
Pilates sessions.

Pilates Training Registration
and Policies
• We require the first
training session to be an assessment
session so we can properly design a training
program based on your body, limitations, challenge
areas and goals.
• All clients are required
to complete an Agreement
for Services, Personal Health & Lifestyle
Questionnaire and Release
of Liability Agreement prior to beginning
training. And in some cases, clearance from
a medical doctor, physiotherapist, or other
health care provider may be required before
beginning training.
• When you schedule a
training session you are reserving a time slot
with a trainer on our training schedule. All
training sessions are paid in advance as per
the Agreement for
Services.
• Missed training sessions
(no shows) or sessions cancelled with less than
24 hours notice are not refunded, credited,
made up or carried forward to the next month.
• A $15.00 administration
fee will apply for ALL training session change/cancellation
requests following final scheduling and invoicing.
Methods
of Payment: cash or cheque made payable
to Taylor’d Bodies.
Once training sessions are
finalized, a confirmation and Investment in
Yourself invoice is emailed. All training sessions
are scheduled and paid for in advance.
Please note, training session
fees do not include the GST (unless otherwise
noted) and are subject to change without notice.
