Extreme Goal Setting: begins with completion of our Personal, Health & Lifestyle Questionnaire, then review of your goals and guidance to help you set realistic, attainable daily, weekly, monthly and 12-week goals. Goal setting tips and techniques are provided and weekly email check ins with motivation tips, keep you on track.

Extreme Body Composition Assessments – Progress Tracking: begin with a “before” body assessment to see your starting point and the numbers. Subsequent body assessments are completed every 4 weeks during the 12-week program. The body assessments track & document your changing body… very motivating!

Extreme Nutrition: bi-weekly, in-person or phone/email/skype meetings with our Holistic Nutritionist. It begins with review of your 7-day Food Journal, and then a semi-structured eating plan personalized to your body’s specific needs, calorie intake for weight/fat loss, and your goals. Weekly email check ins with our Nutritionist keeps you on track and working towards your goals.

Extreme Fitness: 1.5 hours weekly working with a Personal Trainer – choose from (3) 30-min, (2) 45-min or (1) 60-min & (1) 30-min sessions per week. Begins with a functional biomechanics assessment and program designed for your body’s specific needs. Training is designed to increase lean muscle tissue, shape and tone muscles and decrease body fat. Our training techniques and muscle confusion work the body intensely and continually challenge it, the best way to get desirable results. Additional cardio training is encouraged on your own and cardio guidelines are provided for the BEST results.

This program is for graduates of our Body Rebuild & Body Blast programs. Offered as a 4-hour Lunch ‘N Learn Workshop.

Perhaps after the “making merry” of the holiday season and a few too many indulgences and a little less “scheduled” exercise has left you feeling a little unhealthy & sluggish. 12-week Everyone CAN Run™ Walk to Run Program & Cardio Walking Program

Have you always wanted to run but didn’t know how to start?

  • Have you thought about running as an exercise to complement your current exercise program?
  • Do you want to have fun, meet new people and learn how to easily go from walking to running in a relaxed, safe, supportive group environment?

Lead by one of our Personal Trainers who’s also a runner, come and learn proper progression and training techniques to go from a beginner “walker” or slow jog level… to running for 30 minutes! In 12 weeks you WILL go from walking to running for 30 minutes. For BEST results, weekly running “homework” is recommended.  A structured 12-week program is included.

 

12-week Cardio Walking Program
  • Wanting to work your body, burn calories/fat, and get fit?
