to Run Program

as an exercise to complement your current
exercise program?
- Do you want to have fun,
meet new people and learn how to easily go
from walking to running in a relaxed, safe,
supportive group environment?
Come and learn proper progression and training
techniques to go from a beginner “walker”
or slow jog level... to running for 30 minutes!
In 12 weeks you WILL go from walking to running
for 30 minutes. For BEST results, weekly running
“homework” is recommended. A structured
12-week program is included.
12-week Cardio Walking Program

burn calories/fat, and get fit?

Come join
us for our NEW group Cardio
Walking Program, lead by one of our Personal
Trainers. Learn proper walking techniques to
get the most from your walking program. For
BEST results, weekly walking “homework”
is recommended. A structured 12-week program
is included.
DETAILS FOR BOTH
PROGRAMS (same as they will run together):
When:
Sundays 8:30 am – (1) 1-hour weekly session
– includes warm-up, training, cool-down
& brief talk to answer questions, set goals
for the week
Program:
Sunday, September 12th – Sunday, November 28th
(12 weeks)
Investment:
$99.00 + HST
Where:
First training session location to be announced.
The weekly training sessions will be using the
tracks, parks and trails of the Tri-Cities,
New Westminster and Burnaby. You will meet at
the predetermined location each Sunday morning
for the 12 weeks…rain or shine!
Programs are
CO-ED and open to anyone age 13 and up.
