"After years of exercising
sporadically, I finally realized that I needed
more than another club membership. I needed an
eating plan - a new long-term diet - that I could
live with for the rest of my life. I didn't want
to measure or weigh my foods. The Body Rebuild
Program for Women provided guidelines and support
as I learned how my body was using the calories
I gave it, taught me how to make simple changes
that provided immediate results, and taught me
how to exercise so that I would want to continue.
There were other benefits to the program - understanding
stress, vitamins and cancer precautions were just

fit without the vicious cycle of dieting, exercise
and injury. To say that I exceeded my expectations
would be an understatement. I lost an amazing
amount of weight but more importantly, thanks

both into my lifestyle. The journal, meal plan
sheets and fitness training calendar made it all
